2 Day Glamour and Boudoir Workshop

Join Don Hales March 18th-19th for another exciting 2 day Glamour and Boudoir Workshop! By attending this workshop, you will receive the tools needed to take your photography to the next level. Each photographer is guaranteed to walk out the door with a new set of “easy-to-remember” skills to add to their arsenals!

Day 1 Workshop: 10am-4pm
- Posing
- Don will demonstrate in detail some very simple posing techniques that are impossible to forget.
- Lighting
- Watch as Don covers 3 different lighting setups. Single light, 2 lights and ambient light with reflector.
- Creating an experience
- Don will discuss with you what it takes for him to provide an awesome experience for his clients using some easy communication and interaction practices. This is what it take to get those return customers and referrals!
- Live shoot
- Gather around and watch Don do a live photo shoot demonstration at all 3 stations.
- Your turn
- Participants will be divided into 3 equal groups to practice what they’ve learned with provided models. Station rotation will occur every 30-40 minutes.
Day 2 Workshop: 10am-4pm
- Image selection
- Don will discuss his reasoning and the importance with his image selection processes.
- Post Production using Lightroom and Photoshop
- Watch as Don does a full retouch on an image.
- Healing
- Frequency Separation
- Liquify
- Dodging and burning
- etc.
- Watch as Don does a full retouch on an image.
- Your turn (optional)
- Each participant will practice what they’ve learned using one of their own photos.

What To Bring
- DSLR Camera
- 1-2 of your favorite lenses. Recommended lenses: 50mm, 85mm, 24-70mm and 70-200mm
- Optional: Computer with Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom
- Editing pen tablet
Food And Beverages
- Coffee, soda and water are provided at no additional fee.
- A list of nearby restaurants will be provided at scheduled lunch break.

- Sign up now to receive the early-bird cost of only $549. Cost will increase to $599 by March 13th.
- Due to the limited space, all sales are final and are nonrefundable.
- In the event that anyone is unable to attend, a credit will be provided to put towards a future workshop.
